Prader-Willi Syndrome is a rare disease that very easy to be misdiagnosed for clinic and is incurable, the patients can't help controlling their own appetite and always eager to eat thus affecting the body function, intelligence and emotion etc., and even threatening their lives in severe case which required to be supervised all their lives.
